What Kealu Vector does.

Kealu Vector does not act as the primary coding agent. It dispatches and supervises customer- or system-selected coding agents within a structured Assurance Work Package. Kealu Vector governs how agentic engineering work is framed, planned, performed, supervised, checked, evidenced, and presented to humans.

Verification and intent validation are different obligations. Coding agents, model gateways, CI/CD systems, review bots and compliance tools do not, individually or collectively, answer the complete assurance question: should this engineering outcome be trusted and accepted, by whom, on what evidence, and does that evidence remain valid?

Five unresolved gaps in the agentic stack.

Independent Verification. The entity producing an engineering output should not be the sole entity attesting that the output is correct.

Intent Validation. Passing technical checks does not, by itself, establish that the correct problem was solved.

Named Human Authority. A policy threshold, automated gate, or configuration file is not an accountable decision-maker.

Transferable Evidence. Evidence should be inspectable by people who did not participate in the original work or decision.

Evidence Freshness and Continuous Re-assurance. Assurance can decay as requirements, dependencies, models, environments, standards, and policies change.
